Kissinger on Clinton's December 1998 missile attacks on Iraq:
"We did not do, in my view, enough damage to degrade it (Iraq's programs for weapons of mass destruction) for six months. It doesn't make any significant difference because in six months to a year they will be back to where they are and we cannot keep repeating these attacks...At the end of the day what will be decisive is what the situation in the Middle East will be two to three years from now. If Saddam is still there, if he's rearming, if the sanctions are lifted, we will have lost, no matter what spin we put on it"
Albright on Clinton's December 1998 missile attacks on Iraq:
"I don't think we're pretending that we can get everything, so this is - I think - we are being very honest about what our ability is. We are lessening, degrading his ability to use this. The weapons of mass destruction are the threat of the future. I think the president explained very clearly to the American people that this is the threat of the 21st century...What it means is that we know we can't get everything, but degrading is the right word."
Where's the logic in believing what existed in 2000 existed in 2003?
You didn't watch all of the Clinton video, did you? Clinton talks quite clearly about how Hussein refused to cooperate fully with U.N. weapons inspectors. That hadn't changed by 2003, or even after.
Furthermore, the WikiLeaks classified documents dump confirms the existence of WMDs in Iraq.

From what I read WikiLeaks confirms a level of WMDs far below what Americans were led to believe existed.

Reason: rude
The war was never about WMD's - It was about Saddam's threat to switch to Petrol Euros if America didn't get out of his airspace.
Switching to Petrol Euros was equivalent to a nuclear attack on . . . . ____________.
Go ahead, fill in the blank.
That's actually pretty funny. How's that working out?
