Harris claims King took her to lunch in August, got her drunk, she passed out and he had sex with her at his apartment, the Milwaukee Journal reported.
Isn't that called RAPE? In most jurisdictions, having sex with someone who is incapable of giving consent (which definitely includes the unconscious) falls within the definition of Rape.
until real evidence comes out one way or the other, this is a he said she said deal, and likely just part of a smear campaign against the republican. the timing is just too convenient.
