Yet the deficits are nearly identical. Why is this, despite all the federal money our major industries receive? Typical Texan response to completely dodge my point, by the way.
Dodge your point??? What point is that? Texas is just plain better for business, pure and simple....Our BD will be addressed in January, when will California's? Typical Texas response? Yeah, we're #1 for business in the nation and California is NOT.....
Civilian Labor Force (Sept 2009 - Sept 2010):

Texas deficit is getting bigger (mainly due to declining sales tax revenue) - but note that Texas writes a 2 year budget - so that $18 million may be over 2 years.
This clearly shows that liberalism is a mental disorder.
Look at the unemployment rates and job creation. I know, to a liberal, the only thing that really matter is marijuana and gay marriage. However, average Americans more concerned with feeding thier families and being employed than they are with gay marriage and pot.
That is the difference between Texas and California. Go Texas!

Texas did better in job creation in some areas, however, Laredo, the Valley and Corpus have been struggling for a long time.
And to conservatives, the only thing that really matters is twisting the truth around.
