Anyone who is well educated in history and current politics knows the truth.

The politics of the vast majority of countries out there are completely corrupt, especially the rich western countries, and ESPECIALLY the US government.

These governments are no longer working in the people's best interest whatsoever. They try to herd us like sheep, they try to control us and brainwash us. They are controlled by the elite ultra-rich. And things are done in their best interests.

They impose ridiculous laws on us. They tell what drugs we can and cannot take. They make us pay taxes that the vast majority of us are against paying. They have got 2% of us locked up in their prisons. They are fighting ridiculous wars that none of us want to fight, they have let the economy become beneficial to the rich while the poor get screwed....

How can you love or hate any individual politician right now? How can you support either political party? When it is widely known that both parties are COMPLETELY CORRUPT? Democrats and Republicans are both pure scum right now and that's the bold truth.

WHEN ARE THE PEOPLE GOING TO REALIZE THAT WE DO NOT NEED THIS GOVERNMENT AND WE CAN OVERTHROW IT ANYTIME WE WANT TO???? And if we do this, life will go on just fine, will not decend into hellish anarchy, things might just improve a lot though.

We are the ones who have the true power.

I think a lot of people are afraid to talk about this because the Governement tells you that you are a terrorist if you talk about this kind of thing. Just another little trick they are pulling to herd us like sheep and make us obedient.

The original founding fathers of American told us that we should rise up against a corrupt government. There's nothign more American than that.

When are we going to take back the original American dream and start up our own government for the people, by the people?

There are a lot of poor people in the US right now who are getting bent over by the system and taking it extra deep. When are we gonna rise up?

I'm shocked at apathy and complacency I see in the USA. People going about their business like robots, never considering a true people's revolution. So many people brainwashed, without passion, without fire in thier hearts.

So when's it gonna happen? When are we gonna stop letting them herd us into Democrat vs. Republican fueds? When are we gonna see through the smoke and mirrors?

The parties prey on the uneducated with rhetoric and talking points. The solution is the average American becomes more intelligent. Good luck with that.

We've turned the corner now. The giant has awakened, and we can hear the rustle of his rising. It's what scares both parties now - the Democrats more, but even some Republicans are concerned that they, too, might lose their power. That is why there is such a concentrated effort to beat back the "giant", to discredit and marginalize.

It's such a shame that the public can no longer count on integrity in their various reporters. We used to be able to depend on getting straight news. Maybe some here aren't old enough to remember that, but once upon a time that was true. No longer. We used to be able to read the newspaper pages for news, and then go to something called the "editorial section" for opinions. Now the entire paper is the editorial section.

However, never fear. The spirit of the country, that which made it great, is still alive and well, and the people see through all the lies, the smoke, the hot air.

We can probably thank Obama for that. It took a real jolt to stir the giant, and he's not going to take it sitting down. The people now know for sure that they can't trust the Government.

People can thank themselves for a lot of it. Many are pissed that they can't live above their means anymore.

Most people rate their "security needs" as their #1 priority. Political parties use that to relate to the uneducated voters since most want to feel that they are being taken care of. People that have "grown up" and left their mothers skirt don't want any part of that.

I know my Federal Representative, Ms. Carol Shea-Porter, and am certain that she has NOT been corrupted by her service in Washington. I am also certain that her opponent in this election is already corrupt and always has been.

Not all the people in government are corrupt but enough are so any faith in Government is destroyed. This plays into the hands of the “Less is Better” crowd because it results in less attention being paid to the influence they are pedaling and the bribes they are paying.

What you speak of is libertarian anarchy. To overthrow the Constitutional Government would be overthrowing our power of WE THE PEOPLE. No votes, no voice, no power. Then we would be in a huge vacuum, and you know who would fill that vacuum? The rich and powerful would take over in a nano-second. WE THE PEOPLE would instantly regress to serfs with no rights.

...as opposed to the war of attrition that "We The People" are currently losing?

The government of we the people is already totally gone. We don't have the power anymore. Elections are rigged, the elite are in control, our desires are not taken into consideration by out elected officials.

You cannot see that?

I see that we cannot throw the baby out with the bathwater, that is what corruption wants us to do.
You cannot see that?
