Look at how these strong and manly cowboys inflict pain and suffering on animals for some cheap entertainment. How come this crap is tolerated and why are people paying to watch animal abuse?

So you're saying what you are seeing in the video above is not animal abuse? [MOD CUT]

People who use animals for spectator sports make me want to vomit.

Cowboys are a little bit smarter than cows, and they can prove it.

I've been to rodeos, no, it is not animal abuse. I've also been involved in cattle ranching/breeding. Cattle are bred for the explicit use by man be it for food or otherwise. These cattle in the video are not being injured or harmed. We are not talking about a brutal sport like the old style of bullfighting. The rodeo exhibition is one of skillsets used by cowboys/cow women.

Do you also consider dressage animal abuse as the riders are using the horses for a "spectator sport"? What about dog shows? Is the Westminster Dog show an example of animal abuse too as it is a "spectator sport"?

Are you a member of ELF?

So they deserve to be roped around the neck and then violently jerked backwards when running forwards at full speed because "cowboys are smarter"?

I'm also "smarter" than my dog, but that doesn't mean I'm going to mistreat her or purposely force her to do tricks that are likely to result in injury just to prove that I'm smarter. That would make me.... not so smart.

I can clearly see cattle being violently thrown onto their backs by ropes around their neck, I see a bull with a leg injury limping, a horse with an obvious neck injury...I can go on and on. In what kind of FANTASY WORLD are you living that you can claim with a straight face that these animals are not being injured or harmed?

As for your completely unrelated tangent about dog shows, I'll refrain from commenting on such a pathetic straw man.

I live in the real world. I do not condone animal abuse. Rodeo is not animal abuse.
