I think we're going to see lots of nice speeches to appease the republican base, and then the R's will essentially do exactly what they did under Bush. They're not going to repeal health care, they're going to raise the debt ceiling, and they're not going to pass social conservative policies. Welcome to the world of actually having to govern instead of whining about the other side with no plan to take their place. They've got the keys to Congress now--lets see them lead. Should be interesting.

The current govt is operating without a budget. Spending levels remain at 2010 levels. Its called a continuing resolution.

The GOP has never been concerned with truly overhauling healthcare anyway, so why would we even believe this "repeal and replace" rhetoric in the first place?
