Who was forced to marry someone of the same sex? Name me one person.

It's no good to argue with radicals, momonkey. According to them, anyone who thinks differently than them needs to be pilloried and anyone who agrees with them is "enlightened".
You can't win arguments with children, and these people have that kind of mentality.

Three Justices vs. 54% of Iowa's voters...have you been paying attention?
The judiciary is SUPPOSED to be unmoved by popular opinion & uphold the state or federal constitution.

If the new justices overturn their decision, they will be violating precedent and caving to popular opinion. When that happens, our judiciary is TRULY in trouble. It was ALWAYS meant to be a deliberative body unmoved by current public sentiment.

That's ridiculous. Frankly I don't care whether or not people agree with gay marriage. The fact is it doesn't make any impact whatsoever on their lives. If a church refuses to recognize a gay marriage, FINE, I have no debate whatsoever with that. No church should be forced to perform a gay marriage, I actually 100% agree with that. But as far as the state is concerned, gay marriage should be recognized whether people like it or not and anyone who says different IS a bozo and IS a homophobe.

You need to be pillored. Agree with me so you can be enlightened.

Oh come now, you and I both know what is SUPPOSED to happen and what DOES happen are two different things. Just sayin'.

Yep, and your point applies to both liberals and conservatives, as evidenced by your last sentence.
