I wonder if this lawsuit was filed in the same courthouse in Ohio that should be hearing the cases about the high school students, bussed to the county clerks office, and handed dem ballots?

Karl Rove has been subpoenaed about 75 times. He never shows up, and congress never holds in him contempt. Why should this time be any different?
