Obama once again shows that he is willing to compromise. Will Republicans give him credit for it?
uhm... willing to "compromise?"

Nothing in this comment is compromise. he knows he cannot get "Cap and distroy America's economy" passed.

but he is not backing down on the effort to regulate CO2.

It will simply move to the EPA to suck the lifeblood out of the economy.

That aint compromise that is doing what he intends without dealing with republicans.

The EPA went to court and the Supreme Court decided they can regulate CO2 emissions under the current Clean air Act. Until it is amended they most certainly can regulate it or try to.

LOL even whacko Nancy thinks the EPA shouldn't control this, of course this is quote before last election:

Quote:
Pelosi: Congress must move on climate - The Hill's E2-Wire

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Wednesday that Congress, not the Obama administration, needs to address global warming.
How much do you want to bet she now thinks Obama needs to act?

The Supreme Court says otherwise. Wake up.
The EPA has control over greenhouse gases and can regulate and set limits as they see fit.
