Not really. Those who know better understand that free speech doesn't mean free for all. Those who don't get the distinction are the ones who will eventually bring an end to some of our "rights" through negligence and abuse, then people will whine and cry..

Then its not truly "free speech" but instead, "mostly free speech". Either something is free or it isn't.

The First Amendment wasn't made to protect polite speech, it was made to protect unpopular speech. If we all made polite speech, there that would defeat the purpose of the Amendment
