Well, Backspace,

That was very entertaining. You made me laugh. Thanks.

But now the left is coming in with the monkey see, monkey do posts. Their mimicking is just too pathetically painful and sad to watch.

I would have to agree that you hit a nerve.

you must be proud of yourselves, take your pride and go to china or north korea where they might give a damn, because i sure as hell dont.

What's this? You're calling me a communist/socialist? Based on what exactly? What I fail to understand in this whole HC debate is why people oppose this WHEN ITS FOR THEIR BENEFIT. I understand that the private medical industry hates healthcare reform but why do you? And please give a reason other than "it's socialist/communist".

The irony of this statement in the context of this post is apparently lost on you.

Not only that, but... what's the larger point of this thread again? To bash liberals? Because there aren't 50 other topics on the front page that address this exact topic? Where are the mods when you need them... smh

I don't see it that way. Harry Reid won, Barbara Boxer won, Michael Bennet won, Patty Murray won, Democrats still control the Senate, Barack Obama is still President, and really, since I live in California and believe in states rights, I don't care that much about what the federal government is doing.

You're free to believe that Republicans control everything now and that all Democrats are really angry, but you would be wrong on both counts.

Republicans now control the House. Let's see if they can do anything constructive for a change.

Great post Backspace- except that in this economy/job market a little weed couldn't hurt (course you'd have to have enough $$ to buy some - oh well). You said your piece without any nastiness or bile. Well done.

I'm so tired of the venom and vitriol, and had kinda hoped that would stop once the election was past.

Liberalism in America:

If it's legal, then it's moral. If it hurts someones feelings, then it's illegal. If you're poor, you're entitled. If you're rich, you're a criminal.

For nearly 50 years, this is the crap that's been shoved down the throats of American's, and it rests squarely on the shoulders of Democrats. It's no coincidence at all that the introduction of ObamaPelosiReid to this phenomenon is that straw that broke the camels back. Democrats are done for the next decade, if not two.

America gets it. Democrats are the rot-gut of this nation, and the conservative majority will not have any more of it. Next up? Election 2012. Bet on it.
