We've discussed this on another thread, I remember we had a huge argument over whether or not alcohol was a food or not on it.

Another form of control? I Thought most were against anymore control?
Oh no......thats right, it doesn't include the 'poor'.

Since most people who don't collect food stamps or welfare get mad about their taxes getting spent to contribute to these programs, it's a way to make them feel good.
