I know that the suspect only allegedly hit the victim. There is only circumstantial evidence and no direct proof. But still it just makes you feel sick to your stomach. Whatever happened to equality before the law?
The article is by tree hugger magazine. These are the same people that burnt down a restaurant in 98 because it was property of Vail resorts.

According to the Daily news out of Boulder Colorado Erzinger is willing to pay restitution to the victim who says it's not about money, but of course if there was no money his health care would fall to the tax payers. There is more to this. Watch the Vail Daily news. They will do a decent report soon. Their a good bunch of local reporters

I agee, until some reputable publication gives the full story, I'm not buying it.
Happens all teh time when they have a lack of evidence to convict. Liikely it like so mnay rich or poor where the case is lea bartgianed. Even murders have this happen..
