Of course, now they're all saying that Presidents don't spend, Congress does. Hilarious. Nevermind that Bush didn't veto a single spending bill under the Republican Congress.

Ronald Reagan still holds the record for raising the most taxes of any California governor. He also implemented some of the strictest environmental laws in California history. Republicans hate to admit that Reagan was a pragmatic governor and president much more liberal than any Republican in today's loon-filled GOP.

Quite hilarious, except it is clearly outlined in the Constitution under Article I, Section 7, Clause 1 ("Origination Clause") that all spending bills must originate in the House.
