While I admire his courage and bravado, I suspect he will be thrown under that proverbial bus, you know where the likes of McCain, William Buckley Jr. and anyone else who deviated from the herd end up.

The people who sued Rumsfeld and Cheney said the torture was far worse than waterboarding. Rummy and Cheney had immunity against the suits, so it did not go anywhere. If they are going to investigate, they need to look at everything, not just warterboarding.

Obama is doing it now---will he be included in the investigation? Plus will anything be done about Muslim torture of our troops. Cutting heads off is also torture but I guess that can be excused.
