Haha, this coming from someone who lives in a country that banned the Bible because it is considered hate speech.

If he lives in another country, they don't have a First Amendment, therefore you have no point.

I do have a point. That poster has no room to talk about any of this since his dictators stifle free speech. They should worry more about what is going on in their own home than someone else's.

Screw the first amendment. This crap should be banned and anyone who reads it should be locked up for possession of child pornography.

Either a thing violates the U.S. First Amendment or it doesn't. That was the question in the OP, and anyone is entitled to hold an academic opinion on that whether he lives in Nebraska or North Korea.

Whatever... This isn't free speech we are talking about. There are limits to free speech. Anything that can aide in doing harm to someone isn't free speech. Remember that yelling fire in a crowded movie theater the left just loves to bring up? Same thing here. You can't "teach" people how to break the law and call it free speech.

I have as much right as you or anyone else on this PUBLIC forum. Perhaps you missed this post of mine from September 2009....

The poster you replied to has a very difficult time staying on topic....

First of all, don't change the subject. You brought meson's nationality into it, which has no more to do with anything than his eye color. It's an academic question, what does the First Amendment protect or not protect.

As for your last statement, have you ever read "Steal This Book" or the "Anarchist Cookbook"? Both legal, both available.

Allegedly, his book was written from firsthand experience. While he unfortunately is protected by the 1st Amendment, he should face criminal charges for child molestation, not just obscenity. Hopefully, they’ll put him in the general prison population. I bet they’ll teach him a few lessons. Disgusting pig.
