In years past the only place I'd see a foreign flag flown were in a few select places...

1. A hotel with a visiting foreign dignitary.

2. A consulate or embassy.

3. The International House of Pancakes.

What truly saddens me is to see a Mexican Flag flying OVER the US Flag
And no one doing anything about it.

I've seen that here in Texas and also seen plenty of pictures of it during Hispanic protest marches.

The school has the right to ban flags but they have to ban all flags which is probably why they ban the American flag. If children are allowed to wear the American flag then the school must also allow the Mexican flag, the Iran flag, the Israel flag, the Jamaican flag and all sorts of flags. It is really best just to say no flags.
