I do not remember Baroness Thatcher the so called Palin of the UK ever taking part in a reality show, too well educated to fit ?
Then again Palin trying to mimic the ability of a Brit MP would be rather amusing..

Oh my - there's NO comparison between the two!

I did not agree with many of the Thatcher-led Government's policies but that woman had balls of steel and, in her politically active days, would have totally wiped the floor with Palin in any kind of debate. Watching Palin's attempts to "debate" or even come up with any coherent political opinion is just excruciating.

I had a lot of respect for Margaret Thatcher as a person even though I did not always agree with her political views - I have no respect for Palin whatsoever - she's just a bimbo figurehead and mouthpiece for those who can't think beyond anything but the shallowest level and who are simultaneously dumb enough to keep fattening her bank account!!!!!!!

I don't think Palin saying we should stand by our friends in North Korea, will help matters much. But it was on Beck radio, who heard or understood what she said.

Default Sarah Palin Clubs a Halibut on TLC

In my opinion not exactly a pretty sight.
That’s probably how it is done by fishermen, but I find it unpleasant when performed for the sheer pleasure of killing or self promotion purpose.
What strikes me most is how clumsy she is and also, it does not go well with her designer glasses.

It's the way it's done, yes.

Her stance(s) with regard to animals is the main reason I dislike SP. She is also in favor of aerial hunting of wolves, which I find to be absolutely disgusting.

Even though I am a conservative and share many of her views, I would NEVER vote for her for anything because of this.

Some extreme animal rights group nutbars were calling this a 'snuff film.'
'In defense of animals' or something similar, IIRC.

I'm not a proponent of the aerial wolf hunts and Lord knows I'm no Palin fan. But this is honestly how it's done in the commercial fishing industry, though some fishermen shoot the halibut rather than use a club.

In my opinion--I think that Palin's handlers somewhat play on controversy; it sells. The halibut fishing trip was possibly contrived--stir up the PETA tribe and it will make her base all that more loyal.
