As much as I am against the new TSA procedures, I don't think TSA cares what CAIR wants.

I dunno..we're pretty PC towards Muslims.
Burn a Koran or touch a Muslim woman..pretty extreme.
I think we'll cave.

This presents an interesting case of First Amendment vs. Fourth Amendment balancing tests.

Gov't has the burden of showing that there is a compelling gov't interest in searching underneath the head covering versus not only burdening religious practice but also privacy search concerns.

In airports the 4th amendment privacy concerns side is more relaxed in favor of the government. Flying is optional. My guess is that a federal court will rule in favor of the gov't because one does not have the right to fly if there are other transportation options available.

I certainly hope they stand up to CAIR and win. If they don’t like it then they can go back or to wherever they feel more comfortable.

Why these guys get to to all day long what some others are sitting in prison for.
Groping a 12 year old girl and nary a word is said..I guess someone will need to explain to the 12 year old that it's actually OK for a stranger to feel her up that way..right ?
Absolutely right. I spend years telling my kids that no one is aloud to touch them, except a doctor when I am in the room and now I have to say that it is okay for a perfect stranger go grab them there? I don't think so.
I have a feeling that unless I look muslim, that if I say that it is against my religion, they will just ignore me. But if I walk in there and all you can see is my eyes, they will let me pass, I think that I am going muslim on the days that I need to fly.

That guy didn't even have a ticket or a passport. That should have been red flag number one. I'm glad that all he burned up was his junk.
