Poll to be added. Just curious what thoughts everyone here has on the former administration, they were ribbon-cutting for the new Bush Library to be opened in Texas.

This is a real topic, please no posts on "dancing with the stars' or other reality tripe please.

I've never visited a Presidential Library, now I'm curious:

Do they generally include much material about the VP or?

I always thought GWB's actions were heartfelt, just never believed they were the right choices for the country, probably be a fun guy to watch a football game with though. Cheney on the other hand? IMO, unjustified arrogance personified.

I think they do, did you see how emaciated he looked? Maybe there is karma after all.

I too kind of agree with you re: Bush as a person, if he were just a local neighborhood guy, he probably could be okay, seems he was hijacked into Dante's seventh circle of hell by its overseer, Cheney

Interesting no one on the right has any thoughts on them to reflect or learn.......

I think they were the worst President and Vice President in United States history, and also the most egregious in breaking established laws and conventions, they were incredibly corrupt, as well as being spectacularly incompetent in BOTH foreign and domestic affairs.

A stain on humanity and the United States contribution to world history of petty tyrants

I think there are a lot of American families that will feel their legacy all too painfully.

It seems like the terrorists still want to attack us.
FYI: It has been almost 2 years since Bush left office. maybe Al Quadea didn't get the memo?
Face it, the muslim extremists HATE AMERICA. And the fact that Obama is a muslim symathizer is not going to change that fact. If anything, it will make things worse because the terrorists feel like they have an ally residing at the white house.
Some of you are so busy hanging on the Bash-Bush bandwagon that you are blind to the current reality.

You talk about facts after labeling this inane, asinine, baseless accusation as one?

Good One! That's laughable!
