a retired special education teacher on his way to a wedding in orlando, fla., said he was left humiliated, crying and covered with his own urine after an enhanced pat-down by tsa officers recently at detroit metropolitan airport.
“i was absolutely humiliated, i couldn’t even speak,” said thomas d. “tom” sawyer, 61, of lansing, mich.
America has to fight those nasty, evil terrorists! Nothing is too great a sacrifice for the security of Americans! Everyone boarding a plane should be thoroughly searched, including a pat down.
Again, were you present to hear the TSA screeners say they didn't care? How do know that this man is not just trying to game the system and make money from a lawsuit?
Yeah, you're right. I bet he got bladder cancer on purpose just so he could get a urostomy bag and cause a ruckus at the airport with the TSAs.
Maybe just maybe this man packed his 'bags' & couldn't get to them.
Maybe his bag was empty & he stood in line so long that it filled.
Why do you keep insisting that this man was irresponsible?
Why do you place no blame on the untrained screener?
Do you work for TSA?
Never once did I state that the man was irresponsible. I did state that he could have emptied his bag prior to passing through security. How do you know the TSA screener was untrained? No, I do not work for the TSA.

Had the screeners been trained properly, all medical type screenings would be diverted to trained screeners in a special area.
At least that's what a well planned for screening multi billion dollar system should work.
