" Arguments to take place in Oklahoma over ban on Islamic law in courts...
A federal judge will hear arguments Monday on a temporary restraining order against an Oklahoma referendum that would ban the use of Islamic religious law in state courts.
Oklahoma voters approved the amendment during the November elections by a 7-3 ratio. But the Council on American-Islamic Relations challenged the measure as a violation of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange issued a temporary restraining order November 8 that will keep state election officials from certifying that vote.
"What this amendment is going to do is officially disfavor and condemn the Muslim community as being a threat to Oklahoma," Muneer Awad, executive director of CAIR's Oklahoma chapter and the lead plaintiff in the suit, said earlier this month. In addition, he said, the amendment would invalidate private documents, such as wills, that are written in compliance with Muslim law. "
Of course Islam and it's parasitical Muslims refuse to seperate "Wills" from their Sharia Law. They won't do it. They have no respect for the Laws of America and the other cultures. Sharia Law and Islamic Rule is their only agenda and the only acceptable outcome.
I've been saying it for years, these people are not here for peace and to just live their lives. They are here to disrespect, over-turn and convert the whole American system and convert everything to their Islamic laws.

Wake up America.
Well said and I agree with you! I do not, and will never, believe there is a peaceful side to the Muslim religion. Islamic law should NOT be recognized in the US. Period.
What have other people from other countries, cultures, religions who have moved to the U.S. with wills from whereever they are coming from, done? People from Germany, Thailand, Turkey or Mexico, etc.? Buddhists or Seiks? Why is it so different for the Muslims? Anybody know the answer?

Because their whole lives are centered around and dictated by Islamic Law. So they use these issues to further entrench themselves and manipulate the host countries they infest.
Every one else has and would simply seperate their financial aspects and Wills from their religion, because rational and respectful people who only want peace and to be a part of the host country, fully realize they should not attempt to bully, manipulate and force their host countries to adopt laws that supercede and circumvent established laws; simply to appease and cater to their individual religious beliefs.
But Islam is constructed exactly for the purpose of disrespecting, infesting, manipulating, bullying, over-turning and converting their hosts into subservient pawns to Islam.
Islam is on the march here in our country and this is exactly how they always do it.
They infest and worm their way into creating these type of issues and situations, with the end game being total Islamic control.
I don't know what you all are talking about.
Islam is the religion of peace.
Muslims say so themselves. Why would they lie?
Just look at any example of a country where they invaded, er, immigrated, and see how wonderfully they assimilated into the existing culture.

We've seen muslims move into countries repeatedly and demand shariah law. It's not unheard of. A few months back we saw a few people arrested in Dearborn, MI for having the audacity to evangelize to muslims.
