Q. If these two clowns are so sure the TSA actions are "totally unconstitutional", WHY aren't they stepping up and challenging it?
A. Because it's just more stir up the troops BS, nothing else.
Except pat-downs aren't done on the 12 and under set ... I'm not sure how old the girls are.
Nope, pat downs are still occurring for children as young as a year old. Enhanced pat downs where TSA agents are allowed to grope the genitals are no longer being allowed for children under 12, so if you're 13 and over you're fair game. I'll bet anything the under 12 crowd is still getting the special rub down by TSA agents. Rules don't seem to be a big thing with them.
