Nope, pat downs are still occurring for children as young as a year old. Enhanced pat downs where TSA agents are allowed to grope the genitals are no longer being allowed for children under 12, so if you're 13 and over you're fair game. I'll bet anything the under 12 crowd is still getting the special rub down by TSA agents. Rules don't seem to be a big thing with them.
