Sarah Palin says....."Obviously, I would have been even more impressed if the media showed some consistency on this issue. Unfortunately, it seems they couldn’t resist the temptation to turn a simple one word slip-of-the-tongue of mine into a major political headline. The one word slip occurred yesterday during one of my seven back-to-back interviews wherein I was privileged to speak to the American public about the important, world-changing issues before us.
If the media had bothered to actually listen to all of my remarks on the Glenn Beck's radio show they would have noticed that I refer to South Korea as our ally throughout, that I corrected myself seconds after my slip-of-the-tongue, and that I made it abundantly clear that pressure should be put on China to restrict energy exports to the North Korean regime.
Clearly America should be thankful for Sarah Palin. She has spotlighted how filtered our news is.

You, of course, can furnish some sort of link to a credible source for these statements rather than have all of us here think you are biased against President obama because of his race, can't you?

Obama's first official act (on his very first day as President) was to sign an executive order to seal all documents relevant to his past!

By using Executive Orders and Executive Branch regulatory agencies to by pass congress !

Barack Obama is not an incompetent boob in over his head. Nor is he is not some well-meaning community organizer Constitutional Expert who has seen his plans go astray he is a dishonest, manipulative liar who actually is pursuing an agenda that he hopes will take America off the international leadership stage. He wants America to fail so that the vision of Internationalist socialists can be realized.

Already furnished the links re: admittance to Harvard and selection of him as editor of HLR.

"The vision of Internationalist socialists can be realized."

I wonder how many bong hits one has to take, before anyone actually starts believing that?

The link about admission to Harvard was a supposition on the part of the author. No authoritative statement was ever made to that effect. I don't recall seeing anything about the HLR, but I'll go back and look.

Are you actually revealing that you believe that people of color cannot get into Ivy League schools on actual merit?

Pretty foul comment, imo. That anybody here actually feels they can judge how another got admitted to a University also appears rather ridiculous. Especially if they have no facts to back it up.

No offense to all the well intended discussion that has gone on in this thread but the entire premise of the original question- "Is Palin smarter than Obama"- appears as kind of a joke to me.

Palin abandoned political office because it was becoming too much of a bother and she saw dollar signs. Now scores of people throughout the nation who are far less "fortunate" than Palin and who appear to have far less cunning, support her with their fangs bared. It's become quite the spectacle, considering the countless times Palin shows her woeful lack of actual political savvy and world knowledge and her rather obvious narcissistic and petty diva tendencies.

Apparently the joke is on the left-leaning liberals, for they have nothing but OPINIONS upon which to base their claims that Obama is smarter than Palin.

Of course, if you have some documentation to support the intelligence of your "joke" of a president, feel free to do so.
