No it does not.

Religious people have this thing called "faith". It doesn't matter to the Jews that there isn't proof of some book God writes in once a year (pertaining to them) or not, they choose to believe it and have faith.

Some atheist group or billboard isn't going to change anyone's mind, unless they want it changed.

I give all the above mentioned leaders credit for at least seeking answers.
I shuDDer to think what would life be like without the intellectual giants of "we don't need facts to explain what we don't understand, we make something up like a magic guy who made the universe out of nothing"?

Then maybe these atheists should start using common sense...build up to using reason and maybe the rest will follow b/c the most UNREASONABLE way to make or try to prove a point is to insult someone.

So I don't know why any atheist would take the time or trouble to put up a billboard. The hassle is in itself defeating one of the great positives of atheism.

And that is why I'm trying to stick to not generalizing about atheists (I hope I did not in any of my posts so far) and just stick to this billboard and the group who put it up.

I've got a few atheists in my family, one an immediate family member, and I get what he thinks and why he thinks it.

Oh yes because 10 page long "It's still CHRISTmas to me!" and the "the rise of Christianphobia in the mainstream media" epic aren't total Christian persecution complex cry fests. "Oh woe is me! The poor persecuted white American Christian!"

There are religious billboards all over the country so why would anyone object to a billboard offering an alternative point of view?
