You do understand there is a difference between a state run pension scheme and a 401K right?

Yes, but that isn't stopping the government from holding meetings on how to turn 401K's into income streams in retirement.

2 hearings so far with DOL and Treasury and business folks.

I do but the banksters don't. To them money is money and as long as they control the government, they can do what they wish whether you and me like it or not.

no they cant. they cannot take what belongs to you. if you have money in their bank, unless there is good reason, like the government orders it under asset forfeiture laws, they cannot touch your money.

The government and the banksters are one in the same. You just don't see it. Tim Geithner and Ben Bernanke are the lead top dog banksters. And they are the enemy of free people everywhere. Honestly their goal is to make all of us slaves to the banksters. They are worse than the Communist or Nazis were.
