Malcolm X has been dead for the better part of 45 years. Most Black Americans just want fair and equal treatment under the law. There is no large movement of Black Americans that want to separate themselves from the United States.
If you want to separate from the United States there are several countries willing to accommodate you. Find one and knock yourself out.

There is no criminal charge in the United States for using the "N" word either.

People in the United States generally find the "N" word offensive. Apparently plenty of people in Austrialia also find the "N" word offenslve also. One legal ruling by this judge does NOT represent the entire spectrum of thinking on this issue by people in Australia.
there is a criminal charge for harass with intent to incite (?), thats what the charge came under, but if a judge makes that decision, i would take action as well.
Keep in mind the context of his era. During Malcolm's time legal segregation was around and intergration hadn't happened yet so back then the idea of seperation did make sense to some people. But intergration and other civil rights laws eventually came. Also some of Malcolm's views changed on race after visiting Mecca.

Giving up sovereignty, treaty and getting screwed by judges, when Captain Cook was told to gain permission to settle on Australia.

I"m guessing you meant ABORIGINE - jeeez man, you try to link Kooris (Australian Indigenous peoples) to Malcolm X and you can't even get the WORD right? I'm also guessing you swallow what's written on sites such as the one you cited hook line and sinker.

fwiw sweetie, the White Australia Policy so-called (which was rescinded in 1973 btw) was regarding non white IMMIGRATION, zero, nada, zilch to do with Australian Aboriginals.
