I suppose that is a question for "local" governments to decide, don't you think?

NO! Voting is a privilege for US citizens! If one who comes here cannot go through the proper channels to obtain citizenship, they have no business in voting in any elections on ANY level in this country!

No.

Also, people with criminal history no matter the offense shouldn't be allowed to vote. Whether it's violent, non-violent, you molested your daughter, or whatever. You and your family (due to guilty by association), voting privileges should be revoked.

Same goes for members of any hate groups. No votes for you buddy.

Tax evasions. Such as by most Republican Corporations and Politicans. They should have their voting privilege revoked also.

Also, any Politicians accepting bribery (donations) from major corporations should not be allowed to run for office.

Maybe they can hold a vote and ask the non-tax-paying-non-citizens if they'd like a say so over how the money of the tax paying citizens is spent

Why or Why not?
Common sense tells us non residents should not have the right to vote?

This is what ayres and dorhn, obama's friends, have been preaching for decades, have the world vote for US president because the US prez impacts the lives of evryone.

So much for sovereignty, geo-political borders and protecting the vote US citizens died to protect.
