Depands if the missiles are shot down and most of the artillary is taken out with minum losses on the South korean side then conventional weapons would be used.

Now say a major city is hit with a NK nuke then the STARTII no-first strike Nuclear agreement goes out the window and anything goes in terms of the of size and type of force used to strike back.
