Sorry, CBS is more than suspect. Of course they will try to bolster the dems argument with a timely, suspect poll.

In otherwords, people favor Obama tax hikes. Especially those who won't be immediately affected or don't pay any income tax at all.

Why doesn't everyone who favors a tax hike just write a check and mail money into the government here: https://www.pay.gov/paygov/forms/for...ormId=23779454

Why don't they use their own $$ instead of trying to hold others at gunpoint for theirs?

I challenge every poster on CD who wants an Obama tax hike to send in 55% of their wealth to the government via the linked website TODAY! If you don't you are nothing but lying hypocrites!

Does that number include the 47% who don't pay any federal income tax?

I would be more impressed if they asked the 53% who actually pay all the tax if they wanted to pay more.

A higher percentage of the US population didn't want Obamacare but they pushed that through as well, were you ok with that?

How much income does it take to get to a 55% tax bracket?

I'd gladly pay 55% if I were a multi-millionaire, rather than being in my current financial situation. I'd trade places in an instant.
