It's getting colder... Did you know that a homeless register sex offender cannot stay at a shelter that is within 1,000ft. of a school no matter how cold it is outside? Thats a whole 'nother discussion/debate.
So, stupidity does have consequences. Interesting.
For your information, they don't actually "freeze to death" they die of hypothermia and it depends on how drunk they are.
Consider that we spend $90,000+ per "homeless" puke per year. How many of you earn or could use $90,000?

Whenever I hear the label "sex offender", I wonder if the person is REALLY a sex offender or a teen who got caught with his girlfriend.
The system we have now has watered down the term "sex offender" by including people like this.
It is just wrong in so many ways and needs to be fixed.
Sex Offender laws do need to change. People can get the label if say, he was intoxicated and decided to pee on a tree or in bush. Or the new thing called sexting where teens send each other nude pics of themnselves are getting the label if they get caught.
I think if allegations are brought against them that are false, people are kept on it.
I always look at the bright side of winter. Skiing, ice skating, nice long walks in snow covered woods.....but this is a whole new reason to embrace it. Thanks for that!
