Sorry, but if you mean me I have represented myself in court 2 times in my life and defeated the plaintiffs twice and received a nice sum of money for doing so. They were business related cases inwhich I defeated a high paid Columbus Oh attorney who later asked me what law background I had.
I am 2-0 in a court, defeating two high powered law firms in the way.

Is the OP similarly outraged and calling for the day in court for the SEIU union thugs who attacked Mr. Gladney in St. Louis outside of a Russ Carnahan townhall meeting?
Good for you. I assume these were civil cases. Criminal law is something different altogether.
The judge simply cannot look at her background and decide that she deserved the attack, but she or he can determine whether restraint was in order--and can do so largely based on her background.
But not the attack itself.

There was no intent to my believing to harm her.

I might be wrong but something tells me this case might not even get that far. Something fishy about the delay. What are they looking at to have the delay? Anyone know?
So she had to hide her identity and make up a false sign to get her rights?
Sorry, she was not there to speak, she was there to cause harm or to cause a riot.
Her background again comes into play.
I can't find anything in my copy of the Bill of Rights that says constitutional protections can be revoked if you alter your appearance or carry a sign without approved content. You must have a special tea party version.
According to the interview I saw with her shortly after this happened she was there to film a scene for a satiricle movie that she was filming. Her whole purpose was to get a shot of her, Paul, and her sign for the movie.
The justification for her taking the actions that she took are irrelevant. You dont get to walk into a bank with a gun and a mask over your face on October 25th and then claim you were only going tricker treating..

She clearly had no respect, so why should she be shown any in return? Should she have been stomped on? Of course not. Does it reach the level of a crime.. possibly.. But when you act like a pig, dont be shocked when others act like a pig in return..
