As I stated the video showed the difference in ability with the ENGLISH language.
Copy some of the house of commons rules, having a presidential question time where the houses of congress could question him/her once a week would make for interesting viewing.
Obama, to be blunt Obama ambushed the GOP house members when he wanted cameras to show the debate between him and the GOP members, it showed the GOP members to be poor in a debate.
Obviously they do not get the practice Westminster
MPs get.
