Tip of the hat to George Gallaway. America is very ill and the remedy is not quick enough.
Hope she has her passport ready in case she wants too visit either Scotland or Wales.
She will be able to point out from Dover one can see parts of the France.
Does she have the ability to understand UK English when the UK newspapers are mocking her ? one has doubts.

It was rather silly of the OP to try to drag Palin into the thread while using a 5 yr. old video from the UN that has nothing to do with either her nor Thatcher.
As I stated the video showed the difference in ability with the ENGLISH language.

Copy some of the house of commons rules, having a presidential question time where the houses of congress could question him/her once a week would make for interesting viewing.

Obama, to be blunt Obama ambushed the GOP house members when he wanted cameras to show the debate between him and the GOP members, it showed the GOP members to be poor in a debate.
Obviously they do not get the practice Westminster
MPs get.

I don't think American politicians do debate. What they do is totally stage managed.

When my in-laws visited the UK they watched Question Time and were astonished and delighted to hear participants telling the politicians exactly what they thought about the issues and about them. There is no equivalent in the US.

Politicians should be told on a regular basis what they are thought of.
Sir Edmund Hillary upset a few of our mob by telling the truth, he called them self serving
