which gang is the most powerful / feared in the USA?
Well, just off the top of my head, there is one that actually teaches the members how to shoot, none of that turning the weapon sideways stupid stuff, turned sideways, a semi-auto pistol will not feed properly. They also teach members to use a variety of weaponry and improvise where feasible. They are also the easiest to spot in a crowd, of course, it is USMC.

The Russian mafia I would say is the most hardcore gang in the world.

I heard MS 13 is run by former Guatamalen Guerilla soldiers with lots of combat experience and unconventional training, killing is nothging new to them
