I am not trying to be 'clever' at all. And I am not talking to anyone in specific. I am generalizing to people whom feel it is ok to blame the republicans for everything and whom feel it is ok to take from the 'rich' and 'spread the wealth.' No personal attack here.....can you say the same???
Who are you claiming doesn't have a job, so much that you have to put the word in all caps? Who blamed the Repubs for their problems? Surely you can answer this question.

Ummm they were fired. The Republicans think their replacements should be making the decisions.
I believe the Senate still has a Democrat majority. Reid does preside over the senate, correct? Now can we move on to why the GOP wants to vacation all the time on our tax paid $$$?
Thank you, Harry Reid!! Though the Dems are just slightly better than the Repubs.

What a bunch of lazy, crybaby, do-nothing, time-wasting, load of blood suckers. Keep your fat azz in D.C. until the job is complete. They earn six figures, but complain if they have to stay and work.
Congress Works a Lot, Passes a Little
July 7, 2008, 4:18 PM
What has Congress been up to? Not much, according to an analysis by the non-partisan Taxpayers for Common Sense. The group crunched some numbers and found that the 110th Congress has enacted fewer laws–260 to date–than the ten prior sessions of Congress covering a twenty year span.
The anecdotal evidence would suggest that Congresses immediately following a flip in partisan control make for unproductive law-making. Democrats took control of the House last November following 12 years under a Republican House majority, although Democrats have set a new low bar for enacting laws with the 110th Congress. It could also contribute to Congress’s record-low approval rating at 13%, according to the latest Wall Street Journal/NBC poll, which is the lowest recorded approval rating in the poll’s nearly 20 year existence.
They should stay to make sure the funds are spent correctly? News flash, if they go home, its not spent at all..
p.s. they arent taking an extended vacation on the taxpayers money, they are paid a salary..
So is the president, yet every time he takes a vacay, there is a plethora of threads here about him neglecting his job.

I think I have clearly explained why the Republicans want to wait until the representatives the American people prefer to represent them are seated, before they work on controversial issues. This is traditionally done and for good reason. Hope that helps you!

What will change in the Senate after the New Year?
What will change in the Senate after the New Year?
A lot, with the picking up seats and many dems scared they wont have a job come 2012 we can finally relax knowing the GOP will stop the bleeding at the hands of the democrats.
The dems really in part lost the Senate also. Wait and see.
