The whole premise of your failed thread has been shot to pieces due to the FACT that we can cite numerous examples of liberals calling for the Right to be silenced, but you can't cite ONE of the reverse. For the record, I don't want Van Jones or Glenn Beck to be fired. Let the Obama Administration defend their choice, and allow the people to decide if they want Communists in the White House or not. Even though I disagree with them, let them defend their decision. Glenn Beck's fate should be determined by ratings.

Haven't you been reading your own thread? I suggest you go back and look at all the examples given of the Left trying to silence the right. Must they be listed for you again so you can ignore them some more?
There's no proof just words, mostly directed to me at a personal level. All I have seen is two people mentioned other than that nada.
As far as the Van Jones thing goes, I remind all that he was a public servant -not a media person or a member of a news/opinion organization. We have the freedom to call for the firing of a bad public servant (although Beck appears NOT to have done this.) Liberals have called for Beck to be silenced, that is as much as saying that he should be deprived of his rights as a citizen -an entirely different kettle of fish all together.

It has been made abundantly clear that some from the Left have made far, far more attempts to silence those with whom they disagree than their counterparts on the Right have done.
As to this forum, only the moderators can silence anyone. If (and I repeat -if) you are accusing me of some sort of personal misconduct such as trying to silence you then I take personal exception to that and ask for a retraction.
