Maybe Kerry never read any of the UCMJ and thats why he followed orders to commit war crimes. Oh wait he changed that story. He only heard about alleged war crimes.
Kerry is an elitist snob and understands the needs of the common man about as well as Ted Kennedy did. In other words he thinks the needs of the common man is for him to be in office pretending to be one of us.

Someone is reading them because someone is writing them. That's who I'm interested in knowing more about. The American public have no idea who wrote the HC legislation. Well, some of us do. More need to know.

The taxpayers pay too many people to serve the Congressmen as their "readers" and to tell them what is there for us to think that the Congress critter should do all his own reading. It is the number of pages of pork, union drivel, and other lawyer generated crap that keeps them from reading bills that are plopped down in their 18 inches of paper and aimed at a vote in two days that causes all those problems.
Of course, Dirty Harry and Nasty Nancy know that that form of crap works.
