Most economists were predicting GDP grow of around 2 - 2.5% based on the expiration of the tax cuts for the rich, but after the new deal between Obama and Republicans many are revising their predictions of GDP growth of around 4%. The tax deal was a smart move by Obama.

I agree, and I also will be that within 6 months we will be seeing positive results. Hell, with the uncertainty now removed hiring might even pick up the second half of this month.

We gave the stimulus bill 22 months to work, so lets see how tax cuts fair.
