If government make hiring more friendly, then more jobs will be created here. But this administration, as well as many before this hate small businesses. This administration is the most business hostile of all.
Please, it's not rich or poor. He, just like you and me, works for the people who pay his bill. And who pay his bill is not the US tax payers, it's his "campaign contributors".
One more thing, it's our money, rich or poor. Whatever the government takes is OURS. I guess you are one of the believer that 100% of your income belong to the government, and whatever they didn't take it's given to you.

Rich corporations may be run by rich CEO's but many decisions, including offshoring are made by the Board of Directors.
No, the board of directors are just basicly a bunch of rubber stampers for the CEO's agenda. There is just a lot of backscratching. The agenda is to increase cash flow and benefits to the corporate bottom line in order to justify more salary and bonuses to themselves. If we reversed the incentive for personal gain, we would see a corresponding reversal in outsourcing.

The wealthy need a tax break because their bonuses are only averaging $500k now, not the millions they are used to. Feel sorry for them, will you?
