This dj smokes it on air& thinks it is worse than weed and can't believe it is legal. I guess a few thousand teens have to die before they decide to get the FDA involved

I did a quick google search and not one person has died from using Salvia.

Have you actually seen a salvia trip? It only lasts a few minutes, they say a few weird things, giggle and it's over. You shouldn't do it in a room full of people because loud noises and things moving quickly can distract and add to the hallucinations which can cause a 'bad' trip.

I've never done it myself, but I have had PLENTY of friends who have.

A friend of mine actually had a metaphysical epiphany while on salvia....he realized that his mother couldn't possibly be a cabinet because he was a human.

I think that Salvia is legal in most places. A few communities and states are passing laws, but nothing national yet that I know of.

Your map's out of date. Legislation was passed in this year's legislative session, law went into effect June 1. That's for under 21. The localities have enacted local bans.
