At least until Congress reconvenes next year and shuts down the FCC take over of the only unregulated source of information, the Internet.

Tomorrow morning the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will mark the winter solstice by taking an unprecedented step to expand government's reach into the Internet by attempting to regulate its inner workings. In doing so, the agency will circumvent Congress and disregard a recent court ruling.

Washington is moving toward regulating online news and information content. Though not unexpected, these are deeply disturbing developments.

"Net neutrality" sounds good to anyone not paying attention, but it must be accomplished by a seizure of authority to do so, a seizure not by Congress (which would be scary enough), but by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

The Progressive are not going to stop until they're run out of DC.
