3. Pol Pot - He's killed a estimated 2 million cambodians, and thats low balling it.

would you like to defend your putting Bush on that list? I think, regardless of how one might feel about his presidency to put him as one of the most Evil people in history is so far over the top that it is almost funny, especially coming from someone sho doesn't live in our country.
