LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – "Festivus" has come early for Larry David, the multimillionaire brains behind "Seinfeld" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

The liberal television icon took to the editorial pages of the New York Times on Tuesday to declare -- sarcastically -- that his life was finally getting better now that the Obama administration has extended Bush-era tax cuts for two years.

Larry David "praises" tax cuts for rich in NY Times - Yahoo! There's nothing stopping Larry David from voluntarily paying more to the government. Here's the link with more info; someone forward it to Larry David so he feels better. Thanks!
Gifts to the United States Government: Questions and Answers: Financial Management Service

Would love to know how much extra Larry David has decided to pay!

Mr. David probably understands that giving his money away will not achieve his goal of changing federal tax code.

Why would an unemployed midwesterner want lower taxes for the highest income bracket?

So... if Larry David won't pay more given the chance, why does he want other people to pay more?

Sounds like Larry David is a hypocrite. He's not putting his money where his mouth is.

Hey Larry, pay up or shut up!

We all know he won't pay up. That's how we know he's a HYPOCRITE!

His article was funny and most people seem to have missed the point. Heck, I appreciate the continued tax cuts, increased deficit, the dependency on China to finance us and passing the cost on to our heirs... I can now afford the new imported car I was looking at! After all, isn't it all about me, me and more me with the new GOP House?

Keeping more of your own money to buy that new car supports other people's jobs.

So, when can we stop calling them tax cuts? Do we call them this so that Democrats don't have to admit that they are in favor of raising taxes? Do they think that they are fooling anyone?
