Actually, the "enhanced" TSA pat-down is sexual assault in Alaska.
The pat-down is done with the consent of the pat-ee. The person can opt for the body scan, or if a body scan is not available, the person can opt not to fly.

By your silly definition we need to arrest all physicians in Alaska for performing checkups. Next time one wants to hold my nuts and ask me to cough maybe I'll make some "don't touch my junk" threat and be on the news.

1. Flying is not a right.
2. Airlines are private companies. If the Government has regulation that require a certain level of security, then that has to be followed.
3. If you chose NOT to follow those guidelines, you will not fly.
4. If you chose to argue or Balk at this security measures, you will be arrested, because that's the type of thing a guilty person would do.
5. I reiterate, Flying is not a right.
As someone who works in this industry and interacts with thousands of passengers daily, I can tell you this woman is mentally disturbed and out to get publicity, sympathy and money.
She should be charged, fined and jailed. We shouldn't have to put up with these whackos and their BS, but that's what you get when an airline ticket is cheaper than taking Greyhound.
