Massachusetts Cop Was Killed by Career Criminal Out on Parole Despite Three Life Sentences - FoxNews.com The bottom line.......Conservatives would have killed this guy after the first murder.......then Conservatives would not let a guy serving 3 life terms out on parole because he gave them some sob story. Another sick example of Liberalism run amuck!

Aw, c'mon. He's just a misunderstood guy who paid his debt to society and deserves a second, err third, err, fourth chance according to the parole board who unanimously voted for his release.

Quote:
Still, he won the board over by saying the deaths in the family, including his mother's, and drug counseling changed him, the paper reported.
"When you hear that somebody who had been serving three life sentences is released on parole and commits another violent crime that causes the death of a police officer, that causes us great concern,"

These boards have no consequences for making dangerous choices.

If psychologists recommended they be let out, then maybe some licenses should be pulled as well.

I still can't get past the "parole" after reading what he did.
And didn't even have a decent prison record.

Just crazy that the parole board thought otherwise.

I'm going to bite the bullet and ignore my ******* tendencies to say two words: DEATH PENALTY.

THREE life sentences??? Is that any relation to "three strikes and you're out"??? Out meaning checking out???

Guess I'm more conservative than I thought.

I don't know why or how *******s got control of our legal and judicial system. I guess when enough of them are touched by rape or murder, maybe they'll decide it's time to get tough on crime.

The judge, the entire paroll board, the lawyers, and anyone else who released this jerk should be held accountable and be tried for MURDER, as accomplices.

Instead new gun law will be written.

silas, infact you are correct, Liberalism Kills.

"Cinelli had a lengthy rap sheet filled with armed robberies, assaults and other offenses, had been serving three life sentences since 1976, and had chronic disciplinary problems while in prison including two escapes during which he committed crimes, the Globe reported."

Maybe the members of the parole board and the judge should finish serving Cinelli's sentence to serve as a reminder for future parole boards and judges!

Something is very wrong with this picture, don't ya think. Very wrong, when are these idiot ignorant judges, going to admit to their mistakes. Everyone involved in this case, ought to pay big time. What is this crap, who in the hek let this guy go, after all that he did, what the hek does this say for our system. People need to be accountable in this case, including this judge. Things as this case really do BLOW!

CJ, this isn't the first time this has happened in Mass. Once a Governor gave a week end furlow to murderer, named Willy Horten. That basic idea was the Govnor wanted some new gun law. he knew Willy would kill again and willy did, but with a knife. That was no problem to the Gov nor though and he has 25,000 pages of new gun law delivered on his desk shortly after.

Why Willy even turned himself in in a timely mannor.

Don't take my word for it, run it past google.

I would add the govenor to that list, who ever he was that also signed the release.

Mass has historicly been a corruption of Govt for so long as I can remember, and that is about 55 years, as I am 59 now, but can't recall before that personally. I avoid Mass because it is the plauge.
