If you have a bull and a horse in the same field they are both correctly called 'animals' but they don't have the same DNA. Same thing with two separate unions where one is comprised of supervisors and the other one is made up of those being supervised. They don't have the same DNA. Deliberately not disguising between the two unions in this thread is alike to shooting the horse when the bull damages the neighbor's car.
I see this as yet another destructive action from unions. As I have said many times - it is time to end unions so they can stop destroying jobs in america.

I really don't think we have to go to the mitochondrial level to make a point here. They both do the same job, but for different people. A union is a union is a union, they both fight for the least amount of work to be done for the highest cost.
Oh and bang up job on the cemetery guys. And before the screaming about how much snow there was and how come everyone is so hard on us starts let me remind you how often we get to hear how unbelievably awsome you guys are, and how much training you have and how nobody else could do it but you guys everytime the contract is up and up go our taxes. That is why you are being held to this standard, you feed us a load of bull about how great you guys are and when it turns out it's not the case people get mad. Face it.

Obviously we do need to go to the "mitochondrial level" to make a point because some people still don't get it.
As to the rest of your post directed to me: I've never belonged to a union in my life so save your anti-union tirade for one of your like-minded cohorts who enjoys listening to trash talk.

People ask for a reason for the backlash, there it is.
Love to. There have been people commenting on the board about unrealistic expectations, why are people angry at the sani-workers/union. I provided a reason a few posts up.

I must have missed it. I didn't see anything like that.
