No surprises here.

Another republican that whines about "out of control spending" but never ever says how they're going to stop it.

At 2:36 he is clearly asked where he would cut spending. After the dodging the question completely, he says that he can't tell what will be cut - all the while promising that we'll go to pre-2008 levels.

As long as its cut to pre-2008 levels, doesn't matter.

Should be an across the board cut - at least 25%.

Don't you worry, you'll know soon enough.

Did he look at their blueprint to the map that will pinpoint the location of the outline of the budget that they were working on in 2008?

Doesn't matter where we cut? Really? You really believe this?

It seems like the Republicans have absolutely no plan for making responsible cuts and responsible deficit reduction.

At least the Presidential deficit commission gave us a starting point for a plan on the Democratic side.

Why do Republicans constantly accept rhetoric without substance or result?

See, if you do an across the board cut in spending - 25% - there is no reason to pick and choose from the bloated entitlements and bureaucracies.

If all these entities lived with 25% less only 3 years ago, they can manage just fine now.

There's no such thing as responsible cuts.

A fair 25% cut across the board would be hated by the left because it would equally affect everyone and they thrive on the premise that some people should be treated specially due to gender/race/location/political affiliation/status.

Well, I would be utterly opposed to cutting by 25 percent the pay of our members of the military, or cutting back on their equipment, health care, etc.

Now, I do agree that we need to drastically cut the number of people receiving Federal disability benefits.

The GOP already got what they wanted...for now at least. Tax cuts for their rich cronies. They will continue in the same vein and shovel more wealth into the bottomless pit of greed. They will not be sated until the Americna middle class ceases to exist and they will rely on the consumer bases in China and India to continue on the road to more profits and cheaper labor. They have destroyed this nation and if there is a hell, they are the disciples of it.
