Why is his name rarely brought up as the worst?

He started and escalated the Vietnam War.

He was the architect of "The Great Society", which is 100% responsible for the poverty that exists in the black community today.

Why does this man fly under the radar?

Because he's not the worst, not even close. Your point about the Great Society being "100% responsible for the poverty that exists in the black community," is extraordinarily incorrect and I'd love to see you find a scholarly source which argues in favor of such a claim.

And, he didn't start the Vietnam War either. American military personnel had been there for years in an advisory role. What Johnson did do was introduce ground troops.

Why don't you check facts before posting?

LBJ DID NOT start the Vietnam War.

And, no poverty existed in the black community before LBJ? Have anything near the truth to support that inane "100% responsible" allegation?

Wrong on both counts.

The Vietnam war was started when H. Truman refused to back the Vietnamese by not attempting to restore the French Empire in Indochina after the defeat of the Japanese invaders. After the efforts of Eisenhowerand Kennedy Lohnson was unable to end the war because of the demands of the Military/Industrial corporate socialists.

The "Great Society" did not result in our current welfare system. It only provided more opportunity for a previously downtrodden segment of our society while helping many other people along the way.

Sure he did.

Did he not start the actual fighting? Wasn't the "war" accelerated under his leadership?

His liberal policies exploded poverty among the black community and in America at large.

Look, I know it's hard to swallow, but the truth is the truth.

He didn't start the Vietnam conflict.

He was lamblasted by his party for going against their agenda and knew he would not be re-elected Pres, for going against the wishes of the very racist Democratic party.
