Was Brown's comment justified or is it just slander? Until you provide proof that Peake is a member of the KKK it is just slander. If the tables were turned you would be screaming bloody murder.

When Senator Brown ran from the Thursday news conference Malik Brown physically assaulted a photographer who was trying to take Sen. Brown's picture. When contacted regarding the incident Senator Brown stated "The person in question is not associated with me. I've got one person on my staff, and that was not him..."

You know, Byrd said he was wrong. Heck, even George Wallace apologized publically.

Oh so that is all it takes, just apologize. Great I will have to remember that when a conservative does something stupid and apologizes and he/she is still slammed endlessly.
