I guess we should be thankful it's not "top" and "bottom".

Don't force everyone to change to accommodate a very few.
when we have unisex bathrooms and showers maybe but a dumb form...by the way you are a "parent" no matter if you are male or female and have a child

That's one of the most ridiculous complaints I've ever read. You can call yourself whatever you want. You are still a parent. This is a fact.

I'm so glad that bureaucracy is starting to realize the diversity in families. Like others say, two male or female parents is only one of many options. Putting "Parent 1" and "Parent 2" isn't stripping away gender--it's just leaving more options for gender.

Sigh, another good example that anyone who starts by saying "I'm don't dislike X..." will very quickly contradict themselves.

It is important now to list as parent one and parent two, particularly when travelling to certain countries that may be confused when there are two mothers or two fathers, but a child's passport has one listed as father and one as mother.

I see. So everything's gotta revolve around what you want. Got it.

I don't think that is what she is saying. She enjoys being a female and seen that way, I don't see anything wrong with that. She does not want to become just a "genderless person". It is her feelings and there is nothing wrong with them.

They should be listed as Sperm Donor and Egg Donor, maybe add a third for Surrogate Womb. I think everyone should just fill it in as Unknown - Adopted, or found in abandoned space ship in corn field in Iowa.
